This study describes the opposite charge electrospun method for preparation of polyacrilonitrile / DMF nanofibrous tubular structure . Constant a processing parameters such as high polymer concentration and rotational speed mandrel collector with varied applied voltage flow rate in wide range to display effect each one determining diameter , alignment, porosity, mean surface area pores size nanofibers. Tubular structures were produced from highly aligned continuous uniform nanofibers through electrospinning methods regulating parameter on properties evaluated characterized using scanning electron microscope (SEM) Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) thresholding method. Increasing solution considerably increased ranges average diameters larger distribution gradually border.
